Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Qahtani

Licensed Attorney, Certified Arbitrator, Legal Consultant, Founder and General Manager

A licensed attorney, certified legal consultant, and arbitrator with the Saudi Engineers Association. He is a core member of the Saudi Bar Association, an accredited expert and notary public with the Ministry of Justice, and a postgraduate researcher in (Law) at the High Institute of Judiciary, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh. He holds a Master’s degree in (Private Law), a Higher Diploma in (Law) from the Ministry of Justice, and Saudi professional accreditation for legal practitioners. He also has a Bachelor's degree in (Law) from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, along with various legal and professional certifications, including a professional certificate from Harvard Law School, and a professional certificate from University College London, among others.

Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Qahtani serves as an attorney, consultant, and legal representative for a number of local and international companies across diverse sectors, including:

Industrial sector, Healthcare and hospitals, Hospitality and hotels, Food and beverage and restaurants, Real estate, Education, Technology, Construction and contracting, Retail, Aviation, Gaming and eSports, Transportation.

He has experience in handling and advocating complex commercial, real estate, administrative, intellectual property, and labor cases in courts. He has also represented clients before quasi-judicial committees, such as the General Secretariat of Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees, banking dispute and violation committees, and others.

Additionally, he has provided a wide range of legal consulting services, including policy development, conducting studies, legal review and drafting, governance, and legal support for businesses and entrepreneurs. He has also contributed to resolving disputes through alternative methods.

He worked with Sumitomo Japan and Saudi Aramco, specifically through PetroRabigh Refining and Petrochemicals Company, reviewing, drafting, and preparing obligations, agreements, regulations, and clauses in contractor/operator/contractor operation contracts. He managed a range of legal issues and court cases, provided legal advice on commercial matters, and contributed to advising on amendments, risk analysis, and legal obligations in commercial operation contracts, employment contracts, supply contracts, and facility operation contracts.

He handled various legal disputes by examining and reviewing evidence, preparing documents, and collaborating with experts both within and outside the company for related legal and contractual matters. Additionally, he worked on monitoring and evaluating the terms of operational contracts for contractors/operators to ensure legal compliance, confirming that the legal documents and operational terms of the contracting companies aligned with the company’s internal policies and complied with relevant local and international regulations. He addressed various issues arising from these contracts and provided legal opinions on related matters, effectively supporting the company with a deeper understanding and broader capability to overcome challenges.
